LeighAnne joined NCCAD in August of 2014. She holds a Master's Degree in Agricultural Business and Economics and had previously worked as a small business office manager. She also held a license as a Certified Veterinary Technician and worked in the field of veterinary medicine for over 15 years.

Bobby began his career in EMS in 1992. He returned to school to get his Paramedic license and received his certification in 1994. He is a long time employee of NCCAD and has worked for several other agencies such as Washington County Ambulance District and Steelville Ambulance District.
